Grapple

I've been thinking about getting a tattoo so I decided to sketch it. It's called the Warrior Triskele.

Numerical Robot

Inspired by a window.

I am gonna post a comment on your blog. I Like the # robot it reminds me of what I think about math class.

Does the nav bar sketch imply you are into web design?

I already mentioned that I love your numerical robot but I thought I should include it in your actual blog.
See you in class!

Where does your tattoo idea come from?

The tattoo idea came from my trip to Ireland a couple of years ago. I bought a necklace with the symbol. I really like what it stands for: courage, loyalty and strength.

This is so strange, but my name is Anna O'Brien. I'm a 19 year old American from Boston but I'm studying abroad for the semester in Cork, Ireland at UCC. Besides now, my last time in Ireland was when I was 13 with my family and on a trip to doublin I bought that same exact necklace. It has been my favorite necklace ever since. But I had lost the name and the meaning of the knot somewhere along the years. Anyway, to make a long story short, in August I got that tattooed on my foot because I have always loved it so much. But it bothered me so much that I couldn't find it on the internet ANYWHERE to find the meaning behind it. I searched and searched through numerous celtic websites, and it was as if the specific trinity knot didn't exist. So anyway, I'm back in Ireland now, I've been here since January (just for the semester) and on a trip to Dublin, I ran into the SAME jewelery cart that I got the necklace at when i was 13! I was so excited to know the meaning of my necklace and tattoo and what it was called. So I jotted it down so I could google it later. And low and behold, your blog site is the one and only place on the entire internet that has the words "the warrior triskele" in it. Just thought it was a really strange coincidence that I ended up on your page, and saw that you were inspired for the same tattoo, and from the same necklace, from a trip you made to Ireland just like me, and I'm assuming it was probably in Dublin too, maybe even the same jewelery cart. So I'm gonna sign up for this blogging thing so I can tell you about this random story! Weird I know but I thought I had to share it with you, Allison, whoever you are haha...

Funny. I'm almost the same situation as this girl who commented above me. Anybody know if this trinity really exists somewher except our tattoo imaginations?

That is too funny! I also have the same warrior triskele necklace from a jewellery cart in Dublin AND got it as a tattoo (on the back of my neck) just about a month ago. What a coincidence! I don't remember exactly where the cart was - somewhere in Temple Bar - but it was in a black box with silver writing/logo. It is my favourite necklace!
